David Waters d/b/a FlowDM ("FlowDM", "we") operates getflowdm.com and the FlowDM software. Contact: contact@getflowdm.com

1. What we collect

• Account information — name, email, and a password stored hashed, never in readable form.
• Mobile number — only if you provide one and tick the consent box.
• Brokerage connection — an access credential issued by your broker. We never see or store your brokerage username or password. The credential is encrypted at rest and access to it is logged.
• Trading and position data — symbols, orders placed through the software, fills, and the resulting position records.
• Technical data — logs and error reports needed to run and repair the service.

2. What we do with it

We use it to operate the service: place the orders you configure, show your positions and performance, send the alerts you asked for, and diagnose problems. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.

3. Mobile numbers

We do not share, sell or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you operational alerts about your own account, and is passed only to the telecommunications provider needed to deliver them.

Message frequency: alerts are event-driven, so frequency varies with your own trading activity — typically a few messages per trading day, and none on days when nothing happens.

4. Who else sees your data

• Your broker — necessarily, to place orders and read positions.
• Market data providers — they receive symbol requests, not your identity or your positions.
• Our hosting and telecommunications providers — to run the service and deliver messages.

That is the complete list. We do not sell data to anyone, for any purpose.

5. Where your data lives, and for how long

Data is stored on servers we control in the United States. We keep account and trading records while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or dispute-resolution purposes. Trading records may need to be retained for several years. You can ask us to delete your data at contact@getflowdm.com; we will delete what we are not required to keep and tell you what we must retain and why.

6. Security

Brokerage credentials are encrypted at rest and every access is logged. The service runs over TLS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will tell you promptly.

7. Your choices

• Stop the texts — reply STOP, or clear your number in the app.
• Disconnect your broker — revoke FlowDM's access at any time; the software immediately loses the ability to act.
• See or delete your data — contact@getflowdm.com.

8. Children

FlowDM is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
